Kelly is not only a competitive distance runner, avid tennis player and holds designations as a Active Registered Nurse, Nutritionist (MSc), Master Pilates Instructor, Movement Specialist, Medical Neurofunctional Acupuncturist, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Spin Instructor. She is the owner of Core Body Science Pilates & Training Studio. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse (ICU and OR) for over 30 years, Kelly knows how to help you become the healthiest and happiest version of yourself. In addition, her wealth of knowledge is best utilized in helping clients rehabilitate their body, transform their physique and prepare for athletic competitions.

Kelly’s classes are graceful yet high intensity with a mix between traditional Pilates principles, body sculpting exercises and high intensity cardio. Her focus is on educating, motivating and enabling you to gain a better understanding of your body through a highly personalized exercise program.
