Maya Fink

Maya has been a Pilates instructor for the past three years.   She certified in Milan Italy at her            Mothers studio.   Although she certified relatively quickly, she’s been heavily influenced by her mother    over the course of her life, as well as her father who studies holistic medicine. Her philosophy                emphasizes proper posture stability during exercises, tailoring the workouts to the specific individual’s    body, as well as working towards specific goals. Her knowledge in anatomy and bio-mechanics allows her to modify exercises as to achieve a high energy, full-bodied workout, all the while working on stability, core strength and posture. She is certified in Mattork, Reformer, Cadillac Chair and Barrels, Total Barre, and BOSU, with some knowledge in TRX, Halo, Zenga, isometric exercises, exercises for pregnant women, and exercises for minor injuries
