Stacy is a lover of all things fitness and wellness. After practicing and training in Pilates she noticed how the Pilates Basic Principles can be used to enhance every activity and everyday life. Stacy is a certified Pilates, Barre, and Yoga instructor, with training for pre/post natal, and injuries and special populations. Stacy continues to take courses and workshops to enhance her clients experience. She travels all over Toronto to practice and be inspired by other amazing instructors in the city. Stacy’s classes are challenging, light-hearted and fun!
